use. The "donation" function allows you to pay the exact amount
owed, rather than a pre-determined amount.
Be sure to calculate the amount based on the following rates:
1. Total miles driven * $0.45/mile
2. Total hours in use * $5.00/hour
3. Subtract amount paid for gas - must provide receipt for gas credit
4. Calculate total by adding 1 & 2, and subtracting 3
5. Enter total amount owed in payment section below
