• Memberships are annual, and require yearly renewal to enjoy membership benefits.
• Includes all staff of member org./business; maximum of 2 representatives utilizing program at a time.
• Membership discount for 2 representatives (per workshop or event)
• Members or employees of your organization are eligible for discounted personal MUD membership.
• Annual fee is $120.00.
• Exchange of membership for benefits provided by your organization or business is determined on an individual basis. Contact MUD directly for more information.



PROCESSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE IS EASY!
Follow these steps to join MUD, or renew your membership:
1. Fill out the membership form and return it to the MUD office.
2. Fill out and submit Truck Share policy, provided you intend to participate in that program.
3. Pay your membership fee. Process your membership fee online through our secure PayPal account, mail it with your form(s), or bring it with you to MUD.
