• Include up to two primary adults residing at one address.
• Available in $30 and $60 categories, based on sliding scale (see fee calculator below).

PROCESSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE IS EASY!
Follow these steps to join MUD, or renew your membership:
1. Fill out the membership form and return it to the MUD office.
2. Fill out and submit Truck Share policy, provided you intend to participate in that program.
3. Pay your membership fee. Process your membership fee online through our secure PayPal account, mail it with your form(s), or bring it with you to MUD.
